His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, inaugurated the 9th Sharjah Desert Theatre Festival on Friday evening, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah. The festival runs from December 12 to 17.
The opening featured the theatrical production “Al-Burraq and Layla Al-Afeefa”, written by His Highness, with Majid Ghasempour participating as Sound Executor, alongside a distinguished group of Emirati and Arab artists.
